BEWARE!! If I could give a rating of MINUS 100 that would be perfect. Hired Ernest Wilson to handle administrator of estate filing for my deceased father July 2023. Every time I called for an update his assistant would either say he's in court, he's out to lunch, he's not in the office, or he's out of the country. He did not respond to numerous texts or emails. 7 months later we're in February 2024 he calls to say he NEVER filed the paperwork and he said "I don't have an excuse" He took my money STAY VERY FAR AWAY HE'S A THEIF THAT POSSES NO PROFESSIONALISM, INTEGRITY, OR HONESTY. He's building a resort in Trinidad he needed my money for his project. No telling how many people he's done this to. He needs to be disbarred and to never be able to practice law in the USA
This attorney is currently under investigation by multiple municipalities and the Federal government for the following:{para}Section 8 of RESPA prohibits anyone from giving or accepting a fee, kickback or anything of value in exchange for referrals of settlement service business involving a federally related mortgage loan. In addition, RESPA prohibits fee splitting and receiving unearned fees for services not actually performed.
Mr. Ernest E. Wilson took my money and when it was time to represent me in court he did not appear but sent another person to represent him. That person when questioned by the judge, turned out not to be an attorney and was told that he could not render legal services. Mr Wilson accompanied me once in court and continued to send various unqualified people to court. I paid him $5000 and never really got any help from him. Mr. Wilson even made threatening remarks that was heard on a speaker phone.
