Unethical and an admitted racist towards minority men. This unethical scum falsified family petitions against me which I was able to have dismissed due to his lack of legal skill. Mr Green is a bottom Feeder within the Brooklyn Family Court, parasitically living off the lives he affects when he falsified petitions against innocent litigants. If competency and ethics are your criteria in an attorney Elliot Green is not the attorney for you. Mr Green is deceitful and I advise anyone who considers him to try several additional options befofe making the mistake of selecting Elliot Green
I recently hired Mr. Elliot Greene to handle a matter for me. Base on my personal experience (which is all documented) Mr. Greene Law firm was highly unprofessional, unethical, disrespectful (cursed at me while we were in a meeting via zoom, with my professional support) inconsiderate, VERY dishonest, billed me for items we did not agree upon, also informing me. Mr. Greene did not follow the protocols, and was not executing his role and function as an officer of the court, he even broke multiple laws. Upon informing him via email. He never responded to me. He then files a motion to be removed from my case. I then requested to be refunded, he told me NO! By doing so, he left me no choice, but to file a complaint against him with the Bar Association. Which is being investigated (thank God I documented EVERYTHING). I do not intend to stop there. If I have to stand outside his office/building with a sign informing the public about my horrible experience with Mr. Greene law firm.
I made a terrible mistake by retaining Elliot Green. If you're fighting the system to regain custody of your child one of the last attorney's you need to represent you is this attorney. He seemed nice prior to my family retaining him, then he was unresponsive, careless and unprofessional. He even said that ACS cases are a ''game''. Common sense dictates that he was a part of this ''game''. He also persuaded me to take a Psychological test through the Court, which I later found out from a reliable source that these tests are fixed. During a few court dates I tapped his knee, so he would speak up for me, because he seemed anxious and confused. I advise you not to deal with mr. Green.
