Very unprofessional. Once they get your money you’re yelled at by him his brother and Pam. I felt truly tricked and trapped. The way I was yelled at and treated was unbearable. And they stuffed things down your throat once in court. Before court and before they take your money they’re all nice. I didn’t get a good outcome in the case and they don’t refund your money if you decide you don’t want them an

Lack of professionalism and disregard for client once hired. It was impossible to get to him only to be yelled at once you do get in touch. Lack of interest and disorganization with documents. Buyer beware

Hired Attorney David Stern

David Stern takes your money for a case and never has his poor clients who trust him sign an agreement who appropriate paperwork if the case is discontinued he then keeps your money and reports it should be for the short lived phone calls. Very sad if your a senor citizen who struggles. His brother is an arrogant unprofessional attorney and should go back to school to improve his socialization skills. I am the mental Health field who had two wittnesses listen to my conversation and they were in shock!!!!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
