I am an aggressive, experienced civil litigation attorney (both defense and prosecution of claims) and owner of a four-attorney boutique ligation law firm. I have the distinction of being licensed to practice law in 10 states though I have offices in New York and New Jersey and those states are my primary geographic areas of practice. I handle all types of disputes and legal claims for my clients, anything from drafting demand and cease and desist letters and negotiating resolutions of claims to full state and federal court trial practice. If you are looking for a no-nonsense, aggressive attorney with a proven record of fighting and pushing hard for clients' rights and interests, and a proven record of success, don't delay and call me now.
