Hired Attorney

I had a very negative experience with attorney Aziz Juraev in Brooklyn, New York. I signed a contract with him in 2023 and paid $2,500 for legal services. Unfortunately, after receiving payment, he did not complete any meaningful work on my case. He did not file Form I-589 and did not prepare my case at all. Communication was extremely poor. His assistants repeatedly told me that he would call me back, but he never did. I was constantly ignored and left without updates about my case. In 2025, on the day of my Master Hearing, he appeared in court and then withdrew from my case, claiming that I had not paid him. This is not true — I paid him $2,500. On the same day, he called me asking for an additional $1,500. Before that, his assistants briefly helped me fill out Form I-589, but no actual legal work was completed or filed. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this attorney. I believe his behavior is unprofessional, irresponsible, and unfair to clients. Be very careful befor
