I hired this firm over 4 months ago to help me file for bankruptcy. During this entire time, I only received one short phone call—just to clarify some info. That was it. No updates, no clear communication, no explanation of the process, and absolutely no follow-through. I was never told my paperwork was done. I only found out by calling THEM today. After months of silence and stress, they casually said, “Your papers are done.” Meanwhile, I had been left waiting, stuck in limbo, unable to plan my life or take action on my case. Now they’re refusing to refund the deposit I paid, even though their service was completely unprofessional and failed to meet basic expectations. If they had just communicated honestly and on time, this could have been avoided. I do not recommend this firm to anyone seeking reliable, respectful, or transparent legal help.
