Unprofessional and difficult to work with. I dealt with Alex Vaysbaum and his assistant Kathy Smelyansky. My selling closing was held on September 8th, 2020. It was kind of a rush because I had an upcoming buying closing in a different state, and it was contingent on this sell. While dealing with Alex Vaysbaum and his assistant Kathy Smelyansky. I’ve lost lots of time due to their bad communication and not answering some important email in timely fashion. When the time was vital for the entire process, I had to call them many times and write them additional emails to speed up their responses. They were always keep saying: “We’ll call you in 5 minutes”, and I hadn’t heard from them calling me back unless I’d call them again myself. It felt like they weren’t really participating in the process, but really dived into my case just 10 min before the final event. I guess that was the reason that, I’ve ended up with someone else’s closing statement and mine was missing. I’ve found it out only
