Hired Attorney

My experience with Adam started positively. However, when I requested service of process status on a recent filing, Adam, at first, informed me that he has "no clue" about whether counter-party received documents. When I followed up the following week he asserted that he is "not the process server." Within the span of ~1.5 weeks, I was twice given unhelpful and disrespectful replies. After reminding Adam that the process server is acting as his agent, I suggested he comport himself better or send me my case file. Adam did neither: (1.) He refused to send me my case file (seemingly, violating Rule 1.16(e) of his professional conduct rules). (2.) He threatened to stop process service on counter-party.
