My husband and I worked with Atty Mark C. Young. He didn’t seem to understand the issue at hand. His style was so aggressive and he sent numerous letters that were poorly timed and harshly worded to the other party that ultimately caused them to retaliate and win. If he had tried to be softer and negotiated things in a more reasonable manner would have actually gone well for us. Do not hire Atty Mark C. Young if you want a lawyer that is thoughtful and level-headed.
