Dean was completely unprofessional and unethical. He did not have the estate's best interests in mind but only his paycheck. He drug out the estate for 3 years billing to push the closing back. He refused to return calls or do anything he said he would do. He took advantage of me, the one in charge of the estate, because of my young age. He cost the estate over $10,000 and charged over $10,000 for an estate with only two major assets totaling less than $75,000. He should lose his license.
