In trying to resolve a corporate dispute, then a buyout of one of three equal shareholders, he proved to be incompetent for all parties by demonizing and outcasting one of the 3 shareholders and tried to strong arm arm that shareholder into a deal without representation along with help from a implanted friend of his. This deal was based off a probate evaluation(Low end to hell tax burden)and not an updated 3rd party evaluator.These tactics, among many others, had led to a 3 year standstill in negotiations ,with no sign of budging from either side(w/o him talks go very smooth) and almost makes it known that he is prolonging even“agreed upon matters“ for simply job security in a profession he seems to know little about.He was used by 3 KICKERS in the NFL,the lowest paid position in the NFL ,through is illustrious career as a sports agent.It’s his selling point on himself to you ,but let it be known , he knows nothing about corporate law or law in general, arrogance ,however, is abundant.
