Hired Attorney Atty. Timothy Stewart

Tim is an exceptional attorney who is concise, knowledgeable, and fair. He is able to research issues and come back with precision and not the ambiguity we have experienced with other ERISA attorneys in the past. His fees for service are more than reasonable and he is very nice to work with as he is a consummate professional.

Hired Law Firm

I didn't have to like the attorney in order for him to do a good job. I felt he was arrogant and did not listen to us and liked to hear himself talk. However, he ended up representing us well and we received a very good settlement. Again, I did not "like" the attorney and of course thought it was expensive but he saved us money in the long run and handled our case with a great deal of confidence and expertise. I guess we have a love/hate relationship with our attorney.

Atty Shawn Govern a very dishonest person who overbills and misleads you, thinks he is worth 100k for every case, his assistant said I wasn’t the first to complain. They harass and make clients file bankruptcy with there billing practices. Stay away from these thief’s!

Hired Attorney Atty. Patricia Kujawa

Attorney Kujawa took my money and failed to protect me. She gave me detrimental advice and did nothing to further my interest in my case. She even failed to show up for court. She told me to ignore actions of the guardian ad litem which were improper. She failed to address the opposing parties conduct which supported my case.

Failed to protect me when the other party in the case harassed me. Initially promised to do discovery of other party and didn't. Later required more money again promising to do discovery, but again didn't do discovery. She cost me over $20,000 of which $12,500 were for her fees,and did nothing. Frequently absent. Failed to show up in court for hearing. Left me with no standing in my own case. Arrogant and insulting. Ignored all information that would have allowed me to prevail. Did
