Hired Attorney Atty. Corey A. Montiho

I would not recommend this attorney: Does not act proactively on case to drive to closure; client is required to push for closure. Poor communication; does not inform clients about significant developments on the case (e.g., court date changes). Fails to itemize bill for client or adequately explain charges. Attorney's Personal Assistant does not effectively support attorney.

He would not respond to my lawyer after several attempts prior to my hearing. Very unprofessional to not respond to other lawyers! The hearing could have been avoided altogether by doing a stipulation with his client. Avoidance speaks louder than words.
