She was undeniably biased and failed her most basic job as a GAL. We personally would not recommend her to anyone. She did not manage time well. She complained that her father was ill (we sent our sympathies, but we were mid family crisis ourselves). She "completed" her interviews. We didn't hear back for over 4 weeks on case status, only to be RE-ASKED every single question and then waited another two weeks for initial results. She was inconsistent on schedules. She favors women over men and puts her personal biases in situations it does not belong. We have a willing and able father who wants 50/50 custody and is being told no. He has been given 23%-48% and there's zero justification as to why he doesn't get his children 50/50. She does not keep her word. She sat in mediation for 3+ hours and did not help once. Waste of time, money, and family resources. Find a GAL who actually helps families.
