His firm did no investigating for our suit. They were unprepared at trail. They told us we had a slam dunk case not to worry. We walked in to court to have them tell us we were going to have to settle for 18,000. And then charged us 10,000 for doing nothing. We felt so mislead and robbed.
Unprofessional and not knowledgeable about this area of law. Don't know about other areas, but I wouldn't take the chance.He missed deadlines and was intimidated by the opposing attorneys. Mr. Kukk never kept his word on what he was going to do with the case.Mr Kukk was in over his head and avoided communication as much as possible. By the time I realized what was going on, it was too late. The damage to my case was irreversible.
