I am leaving this review to warn other parents and caregivers. My experience with this Attorney for the Child / Guardian ad Litem was extremely concerning and, in my view, not aligned with the best interests of the child. Throughout the case and trial proceedings, I observed a pattern of poor preparation, weak questioning, and an overall lack of legal strategy. In high-stakes family court matters, children need an advocate who is thoughtful, trauma-informed, and capable of doing real investigative and legal work. Instead, this attorney’s approach often felt passive and reactive—more like “let’s see how it goes” rather than a deliberate plan grounded in the full record, history, and safety concerns. During trial proceedings, the attorney appeared emotionally destabilized at key moments, including prior to making recommendations that contributed to a change in judgment.
