My claim was settled out of court, without a trial. Mr. Bespechny litigated my case for about a year and a half, almost two years. And throughout that time, I was very pleased with his services. Up until the settlement was reached and Mr. Bespechny got possession of the money awarded in the case. Because at that point, his interest and professionalism was lost. Which made it very clear to me, he was only after his money. Three years later, I am still trying to collect all of mine.
My mother hired this guy to represent her in an auto accident and unfortunately she passed away. I have made several attempts to speak with an attorney for months and to no avail. I paid the office a visit and only spoke to a office manager named Amil. I had another attorney contact them and still only Amil. No phone calls returned for months. I have contacted the ABA and now waiting. Its a shame that these inconsiderate people have me going through all this after i lost my mother!
