About Joseph F. Culgin

Attorney Joseph F. Culgin joined Shea Culgin Law as a Partner in July 2024, bringing extensive experience in Workers’ Compensation and Social Security matters. He represents injured individuals before the Department of Industrial Accidents and the Social Security Administration, providing dedicated and effective advocacy. Before joining Shea Culgin Law, Attorney Culgin spent eight years at a leading plaintiff’s personal injury firm, advancing from Associate to Partner. Prior to that, he served as Staff Counsel for a national insurance company for six years, handling Workers’ Compensation and General Liability claims. His comprehensive experience on both the Defense and Plaintiff sides of Workers’ Compensation cases provides him with a unique perspective and strategic advantage in advocating for injured workers.
