Paul was responsible for being a fiduciary for vets from the VA and because of him we almost lost our house had our electricity shut off no heat do to him taking clients money investing in CDs and forgetting to pay the monthly expenses and on top of that the interest earnings on those cds he kept without even disclosing what he was doing only found out when the VA was called in and investigated i don't have any idea how he is still allowed to practice law or even being a associate Justice in Bristol Rhode Island it's absolutely amazing that a criminal has that much authority or power
Paul Silva handled a real estate transaction 10 years ago, when my family attempted to sell this house October 2023 we found out he made an error.in the title search and after reaching out to him by the Realtor and myself at first our calls were ignored, then he said he would take measures to fix it and did nothing, we had to have another law firm get the documents set in order to be able to close. Buyer Beware not at all responsive.
