Our experience with Attorney Tully was amazing. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Navigating Elder Law on your own can be a daunting task. Attorney Tully helped in getting us thru all the legal paperwork, with compassion and understanding. Would highly recommend.
Mr. Tully has many resources that is at his and his clients deposal.
Has a long experience dealing with asset protection resulting in detailed knowledge of asset protection!
Daniel Tully should know exactly who I am May the ghosts of my ancestors haunt him for screwing my entire family over! My mother saw his name in the paper and wanted to have the Will rewritten to ensure that me and my entire family who had moved into the family homestead in Nov. 2002 and had lived, worked, managed, organized, invested money into the homestead. Until my brother came along at the end of 2016, because he coerced my parents to buy the house next door out flat for him. I also recall they needed money for furniture from Pilgrim, when my mom hired TULLY… my brother was reinstated as POA. (He had been removed previously because my mother didn’t like how bossy he gets). I only assisted in following through with what they wanted. Every meeting with TULLY EVEN THOUGH I AM POA, too I was left out of. My mother and father wanted the family homestead to be left to US. Long story. I was lied to! Can’t even do your job right!
