Hired Law Firm

I hired Amy to represent me in a custody battle. Amy seemed very uninterested in the case. Amy only gave me limited options and at times seemed to be favoring the opposing side. Amy also lacks in people skills and was a bit rude. I always felt like I was being lectured. Amy wouldn't respond to some of my texts. Since parting ways with Amy I have found a new lawyer who has already gone above and beyond for me. I regret all the money wasted with Amy. I wouldn't refer my worse enemy to her.

Hired Law Firm

My family hired Amy Hugie for legal counsel. I would not recommend her under any circumstances. She lacks people skills. She did not show common courtesy or respect to my family, in particular, the person she was supposed to be representing. She was condescending and seemed to have her own agenda. We have since found another attorney who is a professional in every sense of the word, and has provided us with the recommendations best suited for our case.

Hired Law Firm

I hired Hugie for legal representation. She was discouraged me at every meeting and convinced me my options were limited. At times she openly laughed at my legal ignorance. She was friends with the opposing counsel, and seemed to side with them over me. After much time and expense, I hired a new attorney. He gave me so many good options, and ultimately we won my case hands down. In retrospect I am angry at myself for wasting time and money on Hugie.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
