Follow up to my earlier post when representation was active. My experience with Attorney Hasson was frustrating and exhausting. Communication was a constant problem. Weeks or months would pass without a response to my calls. Many conversations ended with promises to follow up, but those promises were rarely kept. When I finally reached him by phone. He mentioned that the opposing attorney had sent “emails requesting information,” but never explained that these were connected to official docket activity. I didn’t understand the significance of what he was referring to until after we parted ways and I checked the docket for the first time. Discovering important case activity after the fact, combined with the broken commitments and lack of transparency left me feeling completely drained. The emotional toll of constantly trying to get basic updates eventually pushed me to drop the case altogether because I no longer had energy to keep chasing information. This was my experience.
Worked on my case for a couple of years then all communication ceased. I last heard from him on 6/11/25 when he sent me a note from the opposing attorney (which was sent sometime in May??) and claimed he was working to "to get back up to speed" on the case. I was charged $300 and that's the last I heard from him. I tried all through September to reach him...leaving messages with his assistant. As of this writing I have no status at all I have always felt throughout this entire process that I was not given the attention that any paying client deserves. All I did was throw my money away.
