Kim Marshall is a great attorney. That someone should, after receiving the full benefit of her service, refer to her as "this woman" and a "damn crook" is unfortunate. The client neglected to say that her upset came as a result of not being able to have her own way in the administration of an estate, and rather than allow Ms. Marshall to deduct legal fees, insisted on having all the money, and when she went to court, the court allowed the fee deduction and kept the rest of the money at court.
If I could rate this woman zero... I would have... Like the previous said...she is a damn crook...she takes your money out of your account... She comes up with a lot of bogus charges... The worse part is emptying your bank account and then when you fire her...she won't give your money back...we hired another lawyer and had to take her to court to return the money... The judge ordered her to hand over the money... I can just imagine the people she robbed over the years. She is dishonest.
This woman is a crook. She owes me money and simply refuses to return it.
background - she was a stakeholder in a transaction that was subsequently cancelled because she too lazy. She demanded fees from the vendor in the transaction (for God knows what). She was paid. She returned the vendor's title deeds but she is still holding onto my money after 2 weeks. This woman should not have even touched this money until the transaction was completed. But she did. I want her locked to hell up.
