About Adam Scott McPherson

Adam S. McPherson is a 1995 graduate of Liberty High School and a 1999 graduate of Fairmont State College, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology.

Mr. McPherson began his legal education at Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan in 1999, and completed his legal education at West Virginia University where he received his law degree in May, 2002.

Mr. McPherson worked as a law clerk for The Law Offices of Kevin S. Kaufman during his legal education, and became an associate of that same law firm immediately upon his admission to the bar in September 2002. Mr. McPherson primarily helps clients who have been injured as a result of an automobile accident, commercial trucking accident, or dog attack. He also handles serious workplace injury cases.

Mr. McPherson, along with his wife and three children, lives in the Clarksburg area. Mr. McPherson is active in his church and is an officer and coach of Pony League baseball.

I was in a motorcycle accident resulting in injury. I called Adam and am so glad I did! He was fast at locking me in as a client. He was very knowledgeable about the whole thing and was on top of things. Any time I had a question, Adam was quick to respond and keep me updated and also checked in periodically for updates from me. He is exactly what a lawyer should be! Adam got me more than I had anticipated because he knows his stuff!! Would highly highly recommend him to ANYONE. He is awesome.

I was injured in an automobile accident at no fault of my own. I made several phone calls to various law groups and had no success in finding representation. Mr. McPherson worked very hard on our behalf. He was always available, unless he was in court or with a client, and always got back to us immediately. He negotiated a fair settlement and explained everything to us very clearly. He also made sure to speak in plain terms without talking down to us.
