Melissa Brescia is a talented personal injury attorney and an invaluable member of the Carter Mario Law Firm team. At the firm, she dedicates her time to serving as a voice for the voiceless, providing zealous advocacy on behalf of injured victims of negligence and the families of those wrongfully killed. In her professional life, Attorney Brescia has always been driven by a passion for helping others and has served various organizations such as Brighter Tomorrows, which provides aid to domestic violence victims, and the New York Department of Human Rights. She has also advocated for veterans with the Veterans and Servicemembers Rights Clinic and has worked with the U.S. Senate, representing constituents applying for federal services that would allow them to keep their homes in the face of foreclosure. Attorney Brescia earned her law degree from Touro College.
