Janna is Of Counsel to Cohen and Wolf’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group, where her practice encompasses a diverse range of commercial litigation matters. Janna has experience representing individuals and companies in business and partnership disputes, unfair trade practices claims and other business torts, employment matters, and real property cases, in both federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies. She has frequently served as local counsel to large, national law firms in complex civil litigation matters.
Prior to joining Cohen and Wolf, Janna was most recently Of Counsel at a small litigation boutique, where she practiced in the areas of white-collar criminal defense, internal and government investigations, and commercial litigation.
