At the time I hired attorney Fred Paoletti I was being investigated by the federal government for a serious crime my ex-husband was involved in. Attorney Paoletti had proved my innocence and kept me from doing approx. a 10 year sentence for a crime I did not commit. I walked away with only probation for being associated with the guilty party through marriage. Mr. Paoletti saved me from jail and time away from then, my 3 year old son. I can't thank him enough.
My brother hired Paoletti, I do not recommend, I spoke with him on my brother’s behalf, from that one conversation I advised my brother to go no further with this attorney. Based on the conviction, I can accurately state this man did absolutely no investigating, nor did he refute the states evidence. My advice if you are a POC do not recommend.
I chose Paoletti and Gusmano because of the excellent reviews but I did not receive the excellent service that others have raved about in their reviews.
