About Bradd S. Robbins

Bradd S. Robbins, a partner, has been with the principals of Willinger, Willinger & Bucci, PLLC, since 1988. Bradd is chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Bradd is known to be a consummate and detail-oriented professional who excels at client contact and at giving sound and practical legal advice. Bradd’s practice areas include residential real estate development, commercial real estate and leasing, commercial finance, and corporate law. Mr. Robbins represents developers, small businesses, and institutional lenders throughout Fairfield and New Haven Counties. He has been instrumental in developing projects such as Stone Ridge at Fairfield, The Village at Black Rock in Bridgeport, Windover Common in Norwalk, The Ridge at Monroe, Cutlers Farm Crossing in Monroe and Great River Golf Club in Milford.

Born in Worcester, Massachusetts, Bradd received his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University and his law degree from Boston University. Mr. Robbins is admitted to practice before the bars of the State of Connecticut (1988), the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (1989), and the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.

Active in community affairs, Mr. Robbins presently serves on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Federation of Greater Fairfield County. He has previously served on the Trumbull Land Acquisition Committee and the Trumbull Senior Tax Relief Review Committee and is past treasurer, past vice president, and past member of the Board of Trustees of Congregation Rodeph Sholom. Mr. Robbins served on the Board of Directors of Congregation Beth El in Fairfield, Connecticut, and on the Board of Directors of Hawks Ridge Community Association, Inc. He served as treasurer and director of Merkaz Community High School for Judaic Studies. Mr. Robbins is a past Chairman and assistant cub master of Cub Scout Pack 261 and is a member of the Greater Bridgeport, Connecticut, and American Bar Associations.

Mr. Robbins is a die-hard fan of all Boston sports teams. He is a frustrated golfer. He enjoys traveling with his wife and family whenever he is not at the office.
