In an article published by Shtetl “As Shtetl previously reported, Tress’ lawyer, William Cunningham, commented in court that while his client exercised flawed judgment in this case, he was otherwise an upstanding citizen: “This gentleman has never been in trouble in his life, and it was more misadventure and recklessness than anything intentional.” Tress is a (alleged) criminal with a laundry list of judgements against him. It is one thing to provide council for someone but, can’t that be done without lying?? #askingforafriend
