Mr. White should have recused himself from my case because he was familiar with many of the parties involved from attending the same church. He asked very few questions of relevance and did not prevent the other lawyer from continually interrupting me. He spent very little time of my case for the fee he cahrged.
Worst attorney I ever had! He took $10,000 for a divorce, and did nothing at all in my favor. He was worried about what was fair to my ex, and I learned after I hired him that he knew my ex and his family. He was a major conflict of interest. As a flood victim, he also made me send back the money that FEMA provided to me to recover, if I didn't agree to give my ex half when my ex was not issued the money. Overall, Earnie White made me lose about $32,800 (his fees, FEMA money, etc)
YOU HAD TO DO ALL THE LEG WORK YOURSELF AND IF HE WAS GOING UP AGAINST A FAMILY MEMBER THEY WOULD TALK ABOUT THE CASE BETWEEN THEM AND DECIDE WHAT THEY WANTED TO DO. IT DIDN'T MATTER WHAT YOU WANTED OR WHAT YOU WHERE PAYING HIM FOR.
