About Thomas W. Shumate IV

Mr. Shumate represents individuals and businesses in a variety of civil matters including business and employment litigation and disputes involving non-competition agreements, theft of trade secrets, and business torts. Mr. Shumate is a frequent lecturer and author on restrictive covenants, litigation techniques, and legal ethics and technology.
