McCune Zenner & Happell PLLC is a law firm established in 1989 with an office in Brentwood, TN. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing personal injury, social security disability, bankruptcy and 1 other area of law.
He uses a paralegal for all his work. Most all communication is done by email contact with paralegal.
Mat Zenner was my lawyer and never returned my calls, did no research on the other driver and put me under such stress while I was pregnant. I told him to go back to the other insurance company with an offer and he refused. I settled out of court and Mat Zenner is the worst excuse for an attorney a person could have! Don't use HIM! He cares of no one but himself. He thinks HE is doing the client a favor!!!
After paying for 2 consultations, and wasting $550 in fees and my time, these attorneys dropped the case and said it was not worth their time to represent us. They were the PARTNER firm for PREPAID LEGAL SERVICES, INC. of which I was a MEMBER. I was forced to go to another lawyer who TOOK my case, prosecuted and WON a judgement of over $10000. Blackburn & McCune obviously does NOT care about helping their CLIENTS.. they ONLY want to get PAID UP FRONT, then refuse to accept any difficult cases!
