Even though they win my case, they did not advise me on the option of making a note or leaving room for future consequences of my SIRVA case like physical therapy included when winning the case nor advice me on how to fill the sworn declaration since English is my second language. I asked them by email to send me a copy with the attached document and I just received the automated reply and they just ignored my request. I had another case similar to the first case and they sent me an engagement packet asking me to sign the documents. After carefully reading the documents it says:” Your signature blow indicates your agreement with the following: YOU ARE AUTHORIZING US TO SIGN YOUR NAME TO ANY CHECK WE MAY ULTIMATELY RECEIVE FOR EITHER OUR FEES OR FOR SATISFACTION OF ANY STATE OR FEDERAL MEDICAID LIEN RELATED TO TREATMENT IN YOUR CASE IF WE RECEIVE ANY CHECK PAYABLE TO YOU FOR YOUR SETTLEMENT FUNDS, WE WILL OF COURSE FORWARD THAT TO YOU. I would prefer to sign checks or any documents.

Vicky Hardy Jones showed no compassion at all. She rarely returned my calls, and when she did she was rude and curt. Right after she cashed my retainer she repeatedly told me I should find another lawyer if I expected better service. She was completely incompetent. Not only did I loose both houses to my ex husband, but I'm still on the mortgage as she neglected to stipulate he refinance the houses.

My attorneys was too busy and important to discuss my case with me. They were rude and condescending. They showed absolutely no empathy or compassion. They seemed to believe my daughter and i deserved my husband's abuse. They dropped several bombshells on me and couldn't be bothered by follow up questions. They moved at a snails pace, but couldn't respect my time in return.
