Alyssa earned her Juris Doctor degree from Penn State Law-University Park, complemented by Bachelor degrees in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Her outstanding contributions in the Advanced Family Law Clinic led to the recognition of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) Eric D. Turner Award upon graduation, acknowledging her as the law student who best embodied the positive attributes of a matrimonial lawyer. Additionally, she was inducted into the Order of Barristers, a national honorary association for excellence in advocacy during law school.
Originally from Chicago, Alyssa has chosen Nashville as her home and is licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee, with admission to all Tennessee state courts. She is also licensed to practice in the District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee as well as accredited and licensed to practice before the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
