Joe is an expert at what he does. The prosecutor would not come off of time in DOC. Then out of no where Joe called and asked if I would accept probation with no time. Exactly what I asked him to get. He don't talk much but he don't need to with the results he gets. A friend of the family that has a history of trouble got it pretty deep with stone county and he went to court expecting to go to DOC. He knew he was going. And Joe got him no time with probation. I've worked with Joe twice. The first time he got my charge lowered to just an ordinance and I just had to pay a fine. I hired him again for my court case coming up. I trust him and know be will do the best he can for me. I highly recommend him.

I’m going to try and keep the short and sweet but I believe the people that are giving him great reviews are family or friends because obviously he’s very Known in the area. In March 20 20 I hired Mr. Joe Allen to be my lawyer to modify my case against my ex-husband so that I could have soul or physical custody to make sure that my son would continue to have the care that he deserved. He told me it was $1500 and that he felt in his heart he could do it for less and that would be a quick thing because all we needed was a signature. I fired him one year after hiring him because he had already gone through $1500 he lost his paralegal that I loved and I trusted because he was never around or knew anything ever. I would go weeks without hearing from anybody just for a simple signature I thought it would be done. So when I fired him I hired a new lawyer $500 less than what Mr. Joe Allen charged me and literally got it done within two weeks and sent me back $822. Joe Allen you did me wrong!
