Mr. Pilka used to work in behalf of insurance companies so he is very familiar with how they work to try to keep from paying out claims if possible. He worked very hard for me with several insurance companies to get the best claim payments he could after I had most of my house flooded from ice-maker line leak while I was out of town. Mold and mildew problems necessitated extra efforts to get inspections, remediations, etc, done for me.

Advice was on target and very informative to making decisions, Pure professionalism, good communication, serviced the client rather than the legal community, would recommend to anyone.

Very happy with the services provided by Dan and his team. They handled a civil matter involving a contractor to do work at our home that provided subpar work, and refused to fix the job. We had to involve litigation in order to resolve the issue, which We Won! Would highly recommend!

During my consultation, Mr. Pilka: was repeatedly falling asleep; took a client call; repeatedly rushing me after 17 minutes; had the meeting take place in his office absent of a conference table which made utilizing my laptop and file folders cumbersome; failed to proofread my letter in which he volunteered to undertake. As a result of our meeting, decided to research the web and obtained information pursuant to my contract concerns. Disappointed in the paid services received.

I had a terrible experience with Reed he is very unprofessional, he has been on my case for over a year with no progress. He doesn't return phone calls or emails .I do not not recommend that zipper head.
