Berg & Wheeler P.A. is a small law firm of three that packs a powerful punch! Richard and Elizabeth Wheeler are knowledgeable in numerous areas of the law, with over 80 years of experience between the duo. The Wheeler’s are a dying breed of honest, ethical attorneys the legal profession is in such desperate need of, and their legal assistant has worked for them since day one, which speaks volumes of their character. I hired Elizabeth, who is board certified in appellate practice, for several different family law appeals. She is the most patient person one could ever meet, easy to talk to and is not pretentious, like some lawyers can be. If you are in need of an outstanding appellate attorney hire Elizabeth Wheeler!

Hired Attorney Richard Wheeler

Both Mr. Wheeler and his paralegal Ms. Becky Buchanan were very professional throughout the whole Estate process. His knowledge regarding the legal issues relating to the Estate of my late brother was handled with compassion and integrity. Despite my living outside the U.S. he and Ms. Buchanan were able to guide me through every step the opening, processing and closing of the Estate. Several other attorneys referred Mr. Wheeler as their “Go To Person” for legal consults. They were proved correct. Overall we were completely happy with the quality and service of BERG & WHEELER, P.A and would highly recommend them to anyone requiring legal representation in Florida. Need a real good attorney? Call this team. You won’t be disappointed!

I found this Lawyer and his team "Trustworthy." So...important when looking for a lawyer these days. Richard Wheeler took care of personal matters when there was a death in the family. He was thorough and professional. He also helped me set up a WILL and Trust. I highly recommend BERG and Wheeler for any matters that you may need !!!
