Hired Attorney

Attorney Smeloff and his group of attorneys are great. They answer every question you have and are always available for you. I would highly recommend his office as the best choice to get your life back. Filing Bankruptcy is hard, with this attorney it is a lot less stressful.

Hired Attorney

Incredibly incompetent law firm. They have lost or misplaced so many documents I have sent to them it is a joke. Amy Bardsley is the lead associate working for him and she is either grossly incompetent or buried so badly with work that she is miles over her head. Richard simply refuses to return calls about the pathetic service clients receive. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO HANDLE YOUR CASE. YOU WILL REGRET IT ENORMOUSLY.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
