Founding attorney Ed Shaw has been helping Minnesotans with their legal issues for more than 27 years. His goal is to make the legal process understandable to his clients and to help them get through life’s legal challenges. His compassion for others shows through the hard work and dedication he has for his team. From the early days of the firm, he worked on a wide range of cases and continues to do so today.

We hired for services that was not delivered. In the beginning it was fantastic, Mr Shaw is very polite, I'm assuming it's more on the assistant. It took a long time to get a bankruptcy going only to find out it would not happen due to circumstances. It seemed they were still aware and still took the money, when trying to find out what was going on because we thought they were working on it. Only to find out they would not. The assistant said they would return half of the monies. It's been almost a month and still no check. She was very rude when asking about it. Usually us mail doesn't take this long. And still no compensation for no service. I was working with his prior assistant which kept you in the loop. To bad he didn't keep her, she was much more professional and I'm sure the check would have arrived. Or been reissued. So be warned

Blake Lubinus represented the other side of my family dispute. He repeatedly ignored my correspondence to negotiate and ended up costing his client thousands of dollars, not including his fees. Pray this man is on the other side of your court matter. His incompatance will help you greatly.
