Hired Attorney

Steve and the professionals in his office kept us informed every step of the way. Steve negotiated an excellent resolution, and followed through to make sure everything was finalized as agreed to. We highly recommend him!

Seems to have dropped my case midway; represented me in a mediation when I was sued; have not heard from him since the hearing, although he was supposed to be negotiating a settlement.

I used to be in a networking group with Mr. Lavely and he was highly recommended by everyone. So, when my wife got into a car accident in 2017, I recommended him to her. That was truly a mistake. His firm dropped the ball on the case, would not communicate for weeks at a time and tried to make my wife take the first offer from the insurance company. We fired him and his insisted on a lien of $1,000 for the little work they did. Do not hire under any circumstance.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
