They were excellent until the time of the settlement.
Once they received their share of the money from the settlement they became unresponsive and very difficult to work with. I had a lot of trouble trying to get help with the final proceedings of my case. I was having real trouble with the medical payments and the insurance company not doing what they were supposed to do.
I feel the law firm should not have received their money until all financial issues involving the case were resolved.

They took 5 yrs since the time I retained them for me to get a date in court. After, all that time, I thought that they would have fought harder for me regarding my injuries due to Wal-Mart's negligence. They could not get video footage of the accident or find the employees that were at fault. I feel like they could have & should have fought harder, but it seemed to me like they could care less after 5 yrs. I felt like they just wanted my case out of their hair, regardless of the win or loss.
