T.R. Smith was the Attorney for my problems with my sister ‘s Estate. Could not have received better service. TR was professional, efficient, courteous, very knowledgeable, kept me updated. Could not have received better service ANYWHERE!! I have dealt with other attorneys in the past, but my experience with this firm tops all the rest.
Hands down the BEST law firm in the area. Very Professional, Compassionate and HONEST! They fully understand their client and take the time necessary to educate clients on each particular scenario.
They charged over double than the estimate. They threatened to withdraw as my attorney when I presented them with privileged information about my financial situation, and charged me to prepare their withdrawal. In the end, they did not complete all the obligations that they set forth for them to do under the MSA that they wrote. And finally, several of the points they supposedly negotiated for me, do not work in my favor. I would not recommend this firm.

Negligent counseling, wrong dates times, getting responses from questions or a call back is like pulling teeth, false counseling through and through. Lost every case I went to and was dumb enough to keep listening to their counseling. Jorge Martinez and the Mackey Law team's legal license should be revoked. Not only do they take your money but they damage your life in the process.

Incompetency at it's finest. Poorest communication ever experienced and I have teenagers! Emails, phone calls left unanswered. Retainer trust dwindling away without even a single thing filed in the courts 1 year later. Duplicate charges requesting documents that were submitted 9 months ago. Clearly this firm enjoys living off your retainer fees from their ocean front property. BEWARE OF PETER MACKEY LAW GROUP
