James Lynch assisted me in settling an estate, there had been issues with the executor. I live in Vermont not Florida, all of our contact was through the phone. He was always very responsive and understood my frustration. My only regret was that we did not get the opportunity to meet in person. The estate is finally settled and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

I hired James E. Lynch after interviewing several other attorneys on my father's auto accident case. Hiring an attorney wasn't new to me, I dealt with multiple attorney's on business, insurance, divorce and other related cases. Working with James was unlike my previous experiences, he was always on point, resourceful and prompt at prioritizing and resolving different parts that made up the case. My fathers' case resolved favorably and the process to get there was handled by James in the most professional manner.
