In 1920, Dewey A. Dye began practicing law in Manatee County. Today, the firm he founded continues to offer quality legal representation to a diverse group of clients. Our clients include many of the community's largest property owners, several banks, numerous businesses, private foundations as well as public sector clients. While offering a wide range of legal services, the firm has maintained a strong emphasis in real property law, trusts and wills, corporation and commercial law, estate planning and administration. The firm specializes in land planning, zoning, environmental permitting and in dealing with the numerous local, state and federal agencies encountered in modern day real estate, business and commercial transactions. The firm has always stressed the importance of involvement in and support of community and civic endeavors of a wide variety. This support includes leadership in many charitable, civic, educational and cultural groups.
