My husband was out of work for over 2 years and LVNV Funding attempted to file a law suit on him. Unfortunately, we ended up being scammed by some moron attempting to claim he was an attorney and so thankf that I found Mr. David Holland. One of the cases already had a judgement on my husband which is how I found out that the initial idiot was a fraud and he told us not to go to the court house! After that, I remembered that we had received something in the mail from Mr. Holland! I called his office in the evening and he promptly returned my call right before 8 pm! He said that he could get both of the law suits removed for my husband. Mr. Holland has a great payment plan to work out with your budget! I was told not to worry and once everything was done, they would send out an email with further details! Well... Mr. Holland was true to his word and he saved us a huge amount of money and more importantly, no stress on our end because his staff handled it all! Thank you so very much!

He is not good , he tried to get me to take 4& 1/2 years on the first day I ever met him as my public defender for the state in which the lawyer I had prior to him which they switch was in the process of getting my case thru out... I ask him what he knew about my case after he told me I should plea out to 4&1/2 yrs and he began to open the folder with my case in it and still couldn’t tell me anything about my case ... I filed with the court a Nelson hearing to have him removed from my case so I could hire a private lawyer and they denied me not once but 3 times... I went to trial with this man and I lost... He didn’t. Even file for me and appeal..... How funny is that, then he let them actually habitualize me on a charge you can’t even get habitualize on... I violated my probation and I went to hire this lawyer and she was confused herself on how I got HVO!!!!!!!!!,
