Hired Attorney Robert G. Blalock

He has been named one of the top ten attorneys in Florida. My trust in him is complete and he is accessible at any time. His personal and business attitudes are kind, thorough and always for the client's best interest. There is no way I would consider going to another attorney unless Mr. Blalock recommended one for areas out of his expertise.

Hired Attorney Matthew Lapointe

Would not recommend. DO NOT have involved in a medical, dental or veterinary practice sale. Not much offering of guidance to a seller of a professional practice. Pretty much a rubber stamp to get thr deal done for the practice broker that sends him the business. The professional “advise” and lack of knowledge caused me to lose hundreds of thousands of dollars and forced me back to work after retiring. Still cleaning up the mess 4 years later.

Hired Attorney Robert S. Stroud

The extreme lack of communication on Roberts part turned a 2 day process into a 2 month process. Sometimes I would ask a single sentence question and it would take him a full week or more to respond with his response bearing no real answer of use to me. I would never use him again even if he didn't charge me. The outcome of my situation is no different than if I would have done nothing about it. I do not recommend!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
