Tom Karem did not follow the "law" filing paperwork with the court resulting in an enormous mess which he refused to help clean up. The consequence for him was being sued; his insurance company had to pay. He sent paperwork out that had other people's names on the legal documents on a few occasions. As his client I had to call notifying him of his mistakes. Tom charged for things he did not do or did not do thoroughly. He was hired to provide a service which he was to have the knowledge to file correctly and legally. With this service it is his responsibility to guide, educate, etc. his client in regard to the legalities. VERY arrogant, narcissistic.
