Hired Attorney

She was good at first and fairly responsive, including friendly. I think she does take on more than she can handle. As the case drug on longer than anyone anticipated, she was over it and the communication was horrible. Would not return calls or emails. I think she took my case thinking it would be a slam dunk case. When the other side started questioning everything and challenging it, I needed answers and there just wasn't much communication at all from her. I had to get another attorney to complete the case, which they handled perfectly.

Hired Attorney

She made a false report with the City of Bozeman. I called the City of Bozeman asking for the report she made, and they said that they did not log in her report, and considered the matter done and over.

She starts off very enthusiastically. Explains to you that your case is a slam dunk. Can see no issues at all. That all changes once she gets the money. Poor communication on her part would be the understatement of the year. Finally had to hire a different attorney who found several issues with her work. And the new attorney answered your questions in reasonable time frame. Normally that day, or a day later if you had to leave a message. Not three or four weeks after you left several messages. And then her answer was she did not know but would get back to you on it. Of course, she never did. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of money. Go to an attorney who works for you. She does not. She works for the money and once she gets it, she is a ghost.
