About Rick Landers

Rick is a partner in Axilon, practicing out of the firm’s Bozeman / Big Sky office. His practice focuses on construction and real estate, business litigation and transactions, and insurance coverage and defense.

In litigation and arbitration Rick represents clients in matters involving construction defect and contract disputes, real estate and business contracts, premises liability and mortgage lending. He defends architects, engineers and other professionals on claims of professional liability. In transactional matters Rick represents clients in the purchase, sale and financing of businesses and real estate. He also provides advice and counsel for business startups, contracts and other commercial transactions.

Hired Attorney

Rick took on a case for me that was a very difficult real estate transaction to say it lightly. He communicated a very professional approach even to the day of closure to pressure all parties to stay to the terms of the contracts. I did not have the knowledge to communicate the necessary steps to come to a resolution, and his participation in the situation involved multiple aggressive and oppressive adverse parties to come to the resolution table. He handled the situations calmly and moved the case to resolution with courtesy and skill of the real estate terminology and legal requirements.
