Mike joined our firm in 1999 and practices in the areas of water rights adjudication, water law and real estate. Prior to going into private practice he was employed for seven years as special water master for the honorable C. Bruce Loble, Chief Water Judge of the State of Montana, in Montana's ongoing statewide adjudication of water rights. He also spent two years as a law clerk for the Honorable R. C. McDonough of the Montana Supreme Court. Mike received his B.S. Degree, with honors, from Montana State University and his J.D. Degree, with honors, from the University of Montana, School of Law. He is co-editor of the instructional videotape “A Water User's Guide through the Montana Water Court" KUSM Productions, and has been a presenter at several water seminars in Montana. Mike is rated BV* by Martindale-Hubbell. He and his wife have three sons.
